These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EasyFlow, a monday.com marketplace application operated by Inteli-K LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using EasyFlow, you agree to these Terms.
EasyFlow is a monday.com application that automates multi-step approval workflows. It allows you to configure approval chains, send email notifications to approvers, and track approval decisions directly within your monday.com boards.
To use EasyFlow, you must have an active monday.com account. You must have the necessary permissions on your monday.com board to install and configure apps. You represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
EasyFlow operates within your monday.com environment. We do not require a separate account. Authentication is handled through monday.com's platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your monday.com account.
EasyFlow offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Basic, Pro) with varying feature limits. Paid subscriptions are billed through the monday.com marketplace. Pricing, plan details, and billing terms are as displayed in the monday.com marketplace at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
You agree to use EasyFlow only for its intended purpose of managing approval workflows. You shall not:
Your use of EasyFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using EasyFlow, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate rights to share approver email addresses with EasyFlow for notification purposes.
EasyFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Inteli-K LLC. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Your data remains yours; we claim no ownership over your board data, configurations, or approval history.
EasyFlow integrates with monday.com and uses third-party services (Resend for email delivery, Firebase for portal hosting). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. EasyFlow's availability depends on monday.com's platform availability and third-party service providers. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service access, and will provide notice when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inteli-K LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of EasyFlow. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
EasyFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inteli-K LLC from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of EasyFlow, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may stop using EasyFlow at any time by uninstalling it from your monday.com account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of EasyFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
